Cowin Global's Board of Directors consists of a narrow number of exceptional entrepreneurs providing us with world wide visions and experiences. All the directors' direct involvement in our operations inspire our organisations as well as gives clear aspirations to all our employees. This also enables very proactive and close collaboration on key targets and results.

Jesper Jos Olsson – Founder, Board Chairman and Group CEO
A serial entrepreneur, Mr Olsson co-founded and took public several internet companies such as Letsbuyit.com, Icon Medialab AB and the venture capital company Speed Ventures during the late 1990’s. Most of his focus the last five years has been around the creation of various businesses in China as founder and CEO of China Projects Holding Ltd. The Group’s projects include industrial sourcing and production, real estate and IT and employs over 1000 people across China. Mr Olsson has been living in China since 2005.
CloseGerard De Geer – Board of Directors
Mr De Geer has extensive experience from investments and operations in emerging markets including Russia and China. He founded the Russian investment bank Brunswick Group, sold to Union Bank of Switzerland in 2003. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Enskilda Securities with more than twenty years of international investment banking experience. He is the Chairman of China Projects Holding Ltd., active in industrial sourcing and production, real estate and IT.
John Fitzgibbons – Board of Directors
Mr Fitzgibbons is the owner of J Fitzgibbons LLC, a private investment firm focused primarily on the global energy industry. J Fitzgibbons LLC includes Brookline Partners LLC, its direct investment subsidiary, and J Fitzgibbons Investments LLC, its indirect investment subsidiary. He founded and is chairman of Integra Group Ltd., a diversified oil field services and drilling rig manufacturing company listed on the London Stock Exchange (INTE). Integra employs over 20,000 people in Russia and provides drilling, wireline logging and seismic services to the oil and gas industry. It is also one of the largest global manufacturers of heavy drilling rigs. He recently co-founded and serves on the executive and investment committees of Deerpath Capital LP, a New York based direct lending hedge fund. Previously, he founded and served as president and chief executive officer of Khanty Mansiysk Oil Corporation (KMOC), a privately held oil exploration and production company which was sold in 2003 to Marathon Oil Company (US). Prior to founding KMOC, he worked as a U.S.-sponsored economic advisor to the Russian deputy prime minister responsible for privatization. Mr Fitzgibbons is a trustee of Milton Academy, a trustee of the Cancer Research Institute, a member of the board of Millenium Promise, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the board of New York Conservation League for Voters Education Fund, and a member of the SUNY Downstate Medical Center Council. Mr Fitzgibbons received a B.A. in government from Harvard College.
